itching of black bear hamsters

I got my black bear hamster 2 days ago and now its itching and I don't know if that could be a sign of mites or something like that?

Scratching can definitely be a sign of mites or a fungal infection. See a vet with the hamster to find out what exactyl is wrong and to get proper medication for this. Over-the-counter medications are useless and often dangerous.
