how do I feed baby mice?

Question
I work at a horse barn and earlier today I found 6 baby mice in the hay loft (actually they were brought to me by my co-worker) I have tried feeding them kitten formula, and sugar water. They refuse everything. I really want to help them but I don't know what to do. Also I'm not sure what to feed with. They are probably a few weeks old bc they have hair but their eyes are not open yet. Please help me if you can. Thank you so much.

Answer
wow this is a tough dilemma for you. Okay, I'll tell you everything that I know and see if anything will work. Have you tried feeding them with a small bottle?/ The kitten formula that you are using is the right formula. I know that generally where you find the kitten formula you will find small nipple to put into their mouth. Also I would get a desk lamp with a warm fuzzy interior or a just a soft blanket. I would keep the desk lamp over the animals to warm them. What are you keeping them in now? Some people will get a 10 gal. tank which is only 10 dollars at Petsmart and place them in there for warmth. You will need to find someway to feed them because they must eat. you may need to try to put some on your finger and let them lap it up. Sometimes if the milk is warm they will be more readily to drink it. There's not much else I can tell you because this is really all you can do and hope that they start eating. Keeping them warm with a warm light and snuggled together will help but generally bottle feeding does help a lot. You just have to keep trying at it. I know you want to save them but sometimes there's not much you can do. Also, you need to stimulate them to go to the bathroom. To do this you will need to rub some tissue over their bottom to stimulate this. Good luck with raising them.
