Can I feed our hamster raisins?

Our hamster Maddy was fed a raisin today. Are they bad for her?

Since raisins are just dried out grapes, raisins are just fine. Most fruits and veggies make great treats, just stay away from pitted fruits and veggies like cherries, peaches, and avocados. Feed in moderation, as too much fresh food leads to a sick hamster with diarrhea.
