Hamster Pregnacy

I don't have a hamster ,but im going to get one anyway how do you know when it's pregant?

Hi there,

When a hamster is pregnant, she will build a large nest and hoard food in it.  Also, her belly will be bigger, and her nipples will be prominent.

To avoid getting a pregnant hamster, get a female from a cage that houses only females.  If there are males in the cage, the female may already be pregnant.  Or, you can just get a male hamster.
