Dwarf Hamster Winter white Normal

Hi...
   Recently my hamster have a growth near its mouth... I'm not sure what that symbolizes... Also, nowadays she's not interested in her food anymore and she does not keep food in her cheek pouch... But, she does not seem tired or exhausted instead she's quite active... Is the growth harmful to her health?

this could be a number of things but most likely an abscess, which is a puss filled lump that can appear almost anywhere on the hamsters body. either way you'll need to take her to the vets to get this drained, or cut off, depending on what kind of lump it is.
