Hiya

My mum and dad are buying me a Syrian hamster next Saturday and they said it all your reasonability there getting the Syrian hamster about 6-8 weeks old so that means ill be handling it and learning it not to bite but this is the question ( can the Syrian hamsters fit through those tube things when adults )

thank you for your questions.
Syrian hamsters can fit comfortable through toilet paper rolls for example even as adults, so anything of that size or bigger won't be a problem. Plastic tubes however are not the best idea for hamsters (or other rodents) because they are poorly ventilated and moisture from the hamsters breath gathers in them, which can lead to respiratory infections.
If you plan on getting a cage that has a lot of those plastic tubes, I would recommend getting a large tank (can be an old one, it doesn't have to hold water any more after all) or even a large storage tube like a Rubbermaid container. Syrian hamsters need a lot of space to run and dig to be happy, I would house one in nothing smaller than a tank measuring 40x20x20 inches long, wide and high with a mesh wire lid because hamsters are escape artists.
