Gerbil.

Ive had my gerbil for about 3 months now and shes doing great. Last night though i noticed that her eyes look bigger and this morning my mom said that her eyes looked bigger as well. So i have no idea if its just my imagination or what's causing it but they just look a little buldgy no mucus or anything,just bigger. I wanted to get a professional opnion.

It's common for gerbils to have slightly bulging eyes. I would monitor your gerbil to make sure her eyes don't get any bigger or get cloudy because that could be a sign of something wrong with her eyes and you would have to take your gerbil to a vet. Are you using any type of ceder or pine bedding? Aspen bedding is better and sometimes gerbils can have reactions to the ceder and pine. The eyes looking bigger is normal though. :-)
