types of veggies my hammies can eat?

my hamsters cookie bear(syrian), patches(syrian), cuddles(syrian), and teddy(syrian).they are all in seperate cages and i needed to know what types of veggies hamsters can have.(cucumbers? carrots? etc.?)yes i know thats alot of hamsters but i need them to be healthy....have a nice day and thnx

You can feed any veggie or fruit really, including ones with seeds and skin. They just dig out the seeds, and it feels very natural to them. Just stay away from pitted fruits and veggies like peaches and avacados. Don't over feed fresh foods either as this is a main cause of wet tail. A few sprigs a week is all they need.
