My Gerbil has an injury

I have 3 male gerbils and two of them have developed problems. One of them has some kind of wound on near the opening of his left ear and it is quite raw. I don't know whether I should bathe it or see a vet, as I am worried it may get infected. He has had it a few days now and it did look like it was drying up on it's own, but it is now raw again today. Also, my other gerbil keeps having small spots of blood appearing from his bottom. He does keep cleaning it and it does clear up, but I don't want to leave him if he may be suffering with it. Please advise. Thanks

Do they all live together? If so i would take all of them to the vets as they may have something infectious. I can not diagnose any of these things but i know that cuts can easily become infected and it is normally advisable to give them a course of precautionary antibiotics! With regards to the the gerbil bleeding  from his bottom i would most definitely get a vet to look at this.
