Question
I have a baby gerbil who has been pushed out of the pack , the mother dosen't feed him and I have no idea what to do , he is 18 days old but he is way smaller and skinnier than the other ones .. what can i feed him and how do i feed him.. I've gotten really fond of him and i really don't want him to die.

Answer
Hello Harpa,
since your gerbil is a little over 2 weeks of age there's still a chance you can keep him alive. You will have to feed him a few drops of kitten meal replacement formula every hour or so with a dropper. The best way to feed him is through a dropper. It sounds like he is the runt of the litter. Generally at 4 weeks of age they don't need mothers milk anymore and you can try and give him solid food as well.
