QuestionHi,i have nine 28 day old pups.It look like there still drinkin the moms milk,so im not sure when i should take thte babies out.And how am i supposed to tell the difference between the males and females. Also am i able the keep the males alll together and the females in a different one,or do i need to put them all in there own seperate cages?thanks
Answer
The pups are now old enough to be seperated from their mother. Males will have small bulges at the end of there bums on the underside. The bump would be their testicles. Females won't have a bump. You should deffinately put all the males in different cages. Females can be kept together as long as there aren't more than three of them in a single cage and they don't fight.
