Is she sick??

For the past couple of days my hamster (Syrian) has been very less active and today I'm coming back home and her eyes are barely open and she is shaking terribly. My hamster Jaidah lives in a clean safe environment she gets fed daily she has a wheel and fresh water i take her out every once in a while to go in her ball that she doesn't roll in i even fed her one or two snacks sometimes for no reason I only buy her the best the most expensive i even every once in a while wipe her down with a wet rag then she'll dry off in heat please help me i know you can thanks

Sounds like she needs vet care.  She may have a respiratory infection or at least a fever.  Make sure you are using aspen or carefresh bedding as pine or cedar can make them sick.  Until you can get her to a vet, keep her warm and make sure she is eating and drinking.  If she is sick, she will likely not get better on her own so consider getting her treatment.
