My gerbils nose is bleeding and raw

My gerbils nose is bleeding and raw , I change his cage all the time and kept it clean, I use the aspen bedding, is there something I can use on his nose to help it heal? I feel so helpless for him.

you could try using a different bedding for a while that isn't wood shavings such as carefresh or soft-sorbent bedding. Your gerbil needs to go to a vet, your gerbil has nasal dermatitis which is basically a sore nose and since it's raw he should go to a vet for antibiotics and something to put on the nose to heal it.here is a link about sore noses in gerbils. it's very common in them.
