old age

I have a dwarf hamster that I have had for about one year and a half. He is now starting to show significant signs of old age. Is there anything special I have to do for him not that he's old? Thanks!

Hello Melissa,
there really isn't anything else special that you can do. You can buy some vitamin drops to put in your hamsters water. I use Oasis vitamin drops and it does help hamsters gain some energy at their old age. Mine is also showing signs of old age so I just spoil him more. :)
