hamtsers paw

i had 2 hamsters (males)one recently died the other has a swollen paw from the other hamster i cant see the toes and i think he doesn't have them his tail has all the fur gone and is bloody what do i do

I am assuming your hamster is a Russian dwarf and not Syrian (Syrians have to live alone otherwise they fight - sometimes to the death).  It sounds as though he has been fighting and that he is suffering from some sort of infection - hence the swelling to his foot.  He will need to get to a vet urgently so that antibiotics can be prescribed.  If the injury is severe, then the vet may decide to amputate his leg - hamsters can survive with only three legs.  If there is any blood around his rear, I suggest you gently wash this away, but again, the vet will need to check him out.
