Female care after birthing

We recently adopted a great Pyrenees. She had recently given birth to pups. She is now very saggy in her teats. Is there anything we can do to help get her back in shape?

Hi. There's not really a whole lot you can do. Once a dog gives birth, her breasts won't ever be the same. Give her plenty of exercise and good food, and they will over time, gradually go down. They may never be small like they were before her pups, but they should shrink some. If she's young, then she should bounce back fast. If she's older, or has had a few litters, then it may take her some time, and they may stay a bit saggy.
