Pregnant, 10yr. old Pomranian

Hi, My roommate's ten year old healthy Pomeranian is pregnant by my min. pin./toy poodle and its her first litter what should i be worrying about? i know its not my dog but i even warned my roommate that there maybe complications being that she is ten years old. so i was keeping the two serpent so she wouldn't get pregnant. She's starting to lactate so i know she's due soon hopefully ill here from you soon.

Ouch 10 year old and expecting her first litter.  Not something anyone would recommend.  But that's shutting the barn door after the cows got out.

At her age, you would have to worry about fading puppies.  Pups that look healthy but are either born dead or die within the first week. She would have greater risk of mastitis and complications in whelp.

Keep the vets number handy, you may be looking at a c-section.
