false pregnancy and heat

I was wondering is there any way to make a female dog go into heat earlier then she is supposed to? I have a very beautiful little girl who has never been bred before and she is 6 years old. I finally found a stud for her and she isn't being cooperative. But for some reason she has started producing milk!! I don't get it does it mean she is going to go into heat? Is there a possibility its because I'm 9 months pregnant and she wants to nurse my baby? PLEASE HELP!!!

Could be that your female is experiencing a false pregnancy.

What has her heat cycle been in the past?  Every 6 months, every 9 months??  That should give us an indication. And finally, what breed is she?
