My new 8 week-old male toy maltese/poodle

I just got an 8 week-old male toy maltese-poodle yesterday evening. He was fine lastnite, but now he isn't. He wimpers/crys when he has been awake today which has been very little. Hw hasn't eaten or drank really at all either. I believe he is constipated. What can I do do help him?

Hi Larenda,  Are you feeding him the same food that the breeder was feeding him?  Also has he been wormed?  Worms can cause their belly to bloat which can also give them a belly ache and cause stool problems?  Changing to a new home will also cause them to go off their feed and cry because they have been taken away from their mother and siblings.  Hope this helps,
