new puppies and i have a question

My lab/Dal had pupies this morning. We have a total of eight my question is when can the male dog be around the puppies?

Some male dogs don't like puppies so be careful.  Go by the mothers reaction at about 7 weeks.  But remember, if mom and dad get into a fight, the pups could be hurt.  When i showed the male dog my litter, it was always one at a time and holding his mouth shut, just to be save and through a gate.  This way you can judge by the look in his eyes if he likes them or not.  He can still hurt them even if he likes them by stepping on them so keep them apart.
