my great dane is preg, but has bad manors? help!!

My greatdane was getting ready to be put in to doggy school when she had her first heat. After a potty break another dog had dug into our fenced in yard.  Now this is my issue, first of all she is very bad manored.  we have had problems training her from day one this is why we were putting her into school. but now she is pregnant, will this be a problem? she runs so fast and jumps and tackles us and she is due in the next week with her first litter.... will she actually settle down while labor???? im very worried!! thanks

It's a pity you didn't continue with your plans for your dog to go to an obedience class sixty some-odd days ago when you found out she was pregnant.

During labor, your dog should be more calm, it's hard to run wildly when you're having labor pains. She'll be the same out of control dog she's always been, until you make the time to train her.
