bad behavior,,please help!

hi i really hope you can help,,i have an akita x german shepard,shes brilliant in the house frendly toward people,had no health problems.gets along with our older dog.but reasantly had  new people move in next door with dogs awell shes never used to bark out the garden but now she keeps barking when she hear's the  dogs next door {{and mauling the fence}}. we've tried incouraging her in with treats.musling her but still contiues barking.which at 1 point could of got me & my family kicked out of the house,Also shes terrible on the lead if she see's other dogs shes barking pulling.litrally she'd not even notice when she pulls me over.(bare in mind she wares a musle)and is a large dog,i hate to say it but  shes uncontrolable,,please  get back to me A.S.A.P its really important she changes her ways as soon as.

For the barking you can try a lemon spray collar,and what it does is when the dog barks,it sprays lemon juice in the dog's face,it doesn't hurt but they don't like the smell,and you can buy refills for it,and after a while all that you need to do is put the collar on

as for her pulling you,you might want to try something called a pron collar,it looks awful,but it isn't-what it does when the dog pulls it pinches the neck,and it reminds the dog of when the mother would disciplines a puppy and it's the best way of controlling a large,strong dog

Also something else you should look into is talking to a trainer esp one that can work with you and your dog alone,as she doesn't like other dogs-and a trainer can often show you how to correct your dog when she is acting up
