Washing The Dog

If I have an Organic Body Wash, is it safe to say it is probably ok to wash my dog with it too?

Thank you for writing to me about your dog.  The answer to your question regarding Organic Body Wash is, no!  Organic doesn't necessarily mean safe for a dog.

I have an organic shampoo that has tea tree in it, which is deadly for dogs and cats.

You must look at every ingredient and do a google search for safety for dogs and if necessary, contact poison control or your vet's office to verify if something is unclear to you.

Better to get an organic dog shampoo for your best friend.
