TESTICLES ON A LAB

Question
I HAVE READ UP ON THIS AND CHECK MANY WEB SITES AND HAVE RECIEVED A FEW ANSWERS OTHER THAN WHAT THE VET TECHS HAVE TOLD ME.
MY LAB IS GOING ON 5 MONTHS AND THOUGH I SEE HIS TESTICLES THEY HAVE NOT ACTUALLY DROPPED.
HOW LONG WOULD YOU WAIT TILL YOU THROUGH OUT A MAIN CONCERN.
I DO KNOW THE END RESULT WILL PROBABLY BE HAVING HIM FIXED BUT AT THIS MOMENT I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. HOW MYCH TIME CAN I BUY.

Answer
If he has developed a good bulge back there at 5 months, he is no worse than slightly behind.  Give him another month or 2.  I really hope you will go ahead and have him neutered eventually.  We have no lack of quality breeding stock.  What we are short of is homes for all th edogs we are breeding.  Neutering also helps with many behavior problems and reduces chances of cancer late in life.
