Question
I was trying to teach him some daily routines, like go to the gate and collect the news paper, etc; further i tried make him aware of an immergency. I hope you could help me with some advice.

My dog is very much sensitive to our actions and other issues.so, give me advice to train it for some work.I did tried to show some signs but I don't know whether he had seen since I don't know the colours it can see

Hi, dogs don't really see colors, they mostly see in grey.  What are you trying to teach your chihuahua?

Hi Chanuka,  The first thing you want to do is teach him some basic obedience on-leash so he can learn to follow a leader.  Basically using a leash teaches him to follow you.  Unfortunately I can't help you obedience train him without seeing him, but you can take classes anywhere for that.  He needs you to establish a leadership method with him before you can go onto the advanced things that you have listed in your follow-up question.  Hope this helps,
