Mold of some sort on my Dogs paw

Question
I have a 14 year old Cocker Spaniel (english) and I noticed that she has been licking her paw alot. So, I looked under her fur and it appears to be a raised round looking pink pimple, only way to describe it (no puss). Of course, Brandy keeps licking it and it bleeds alittle. I then noticed that she has a couple on her back (very small). Does she need these require surgery? Or, is their something that I can purchase from the pet store and will shrink them and eventually go away. The only reason why I am asking is because I am a single mom and things get quite expensive. I love my dog very much and want to make sure that she gets the best care.

Please advise.

Answer
HI RHONDA
THAT DOES NOT SOUND SO GOOD AT HER AGE.  IF SHE IS LICKING IT ALOT, THEN IT HURTS?  THOSE COULD BE SMALL CYSTS OR TUMORS.  THEY SURELY SHOULD BE CHECKED BY A VET WHEN THEY ARE SLOWLY GOING ALL OVER HER.
I JUST LOST MY ENGLISH BULLDOG OF NEAR 12, HER LIFESPAN WAS 8 YRS.  HER LUNGS FILLED UP AND THE HEART GOT SO WEAK, THE VET SAID: IT IS TIME.  SO SHE WAS PUT DOWN WED AT TWO P.M  AND IT COSTS 145.00 TO KEEP HER ASHES IN AN URN.  VET EXPENSE IS HIGH AND THAT IS THE HAZZARD OF OWNING A DOG OR DOGS/CATS.  JUST TO WALK IN IS AN EXPENSE.  I SUGGEST IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT TO PUT SOME ANTIBITOIC CREAM ON THEM FROM THE DOLLAR STORE OR WAL MARTS, MIGHT GIVE SOME RELIEF.
U CANNOT SHRINK MOLES, TUMORS, CYSTS ON ANIMALS.  WATCH AND SEE IF THEY GROW AND CONTINUE TO SPEAD.  IF SO AND SHE CONTINUES TO LICK, U MUST CALL A VET, ARRANGE A PAYMENT PLAN, MOST WILL COMPLY WITH PEOPLE IN NEED.  IF THEY ARE CANCER ONES, I WOULD PUT HER DOWN FOR SHE IS GOING TO SUFFER, I KNOW IT SOUNDS HARSH, BUT WITH YOUR LIMITED FUNDS, IT WOULD BE THE LAST CALL.  GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU BOTH.
