pit bull health

my pit bull was 100% ok yesterday and this morning... but when i went out to give her her dinner she did not eat at all and i noticed her stomache was slightly boated and more firm than normal. her pupils are not dialated and i have not seen any worms in her poop. she didnt whine or try and move when i gently pushed ona nd around her stomache. about 2 hours later she got up and ate her dinner but then laid right back down again and ive noticed her breathing has increased. she doesnt seem to have any soars in her mouth and she hasnt gotten into the trash in weeks. like i said she was perfectly fine yesterday and earlier today. what might be the problem and what can i do?

Dogs are naturally pretty stoic when it comes to acting like they don't feel well. For all you know, you dog wasn't feeling well for days before you noticed that something wasn't right.  If your dog got into the trash a few weeks ago, that still might be the problem at hand, even though time has passed since that last incident.

It's impossible for me, or anyone else to guess at what the problem might be. Besides, doesn't your dog deserve more than guesswork? The way to have your dog diagnosed is to have her examined by your veterinarian.
