Did I get crooked?

I recently bought a miniature pinscher for my daughter at christmas. We love this animal she is just what we were looking for!  But I've been asking the breeder for the registry papers for a couple months, she gave me this register paper frome the Purebred Kennel Club of America the PKCA is this a reputible kennel Association?  Do you think I got crooked?  I took our pup to the vet as soon as I got her.  He said she is a fine specimen of a minpin she meets all the AKC specs.  What do you think?

Were you promised akc papers? or were you just promised papers.  There are several different clubs, but I have not heard of the PKCA.  Many clubs have come into play for pups that are not AKC elligible, I hope this is not the case with you
