dog markings

i have a 2 year old japanese chin & he pisses on EVERYTING!!...the couch, around my bed, the pool table & even the WALLS!!...he is outside all day & i am not sure when he pees on these things as i NEVER catch him in the act.  my vet said getting him fixed will not work, ive tried sprays...what can i do make him stop? is there any kind of medications?  please help me if you can!!

Hey Summer. Getting him neutered WILL help. No testosterone will make him lose the urge to hike on everything. I would recommend getting him neutered soon. What type of sprays have you tried?? Does he get to wander the house all day or does he stay outside? Let me know & I can help better. Thanks!
