i have two male rotties one age 3 half the other 2 half which we have only had this one at 2 half since oct 06 was ill treated hes been great with all our dogs also we have 4 poms the last week or so he keeps growlin at the others my othe rottie which we got when he was 8 wks is exellant hes been castratred due to a lump what do u think we should do hes a softie with eveyone that calls to the house

It is unclear to me as to which male has been neutered. If the one who is growling is intact, he should be neutered ASAP as that might help, but it could take weeks or even months for the testosterone levels to drop. However, since you have four tiny dogs, I think you should either keep him separated from them or place him in an only-dog household as I think it is probably just a matter of time before he makes a pass at one of the pomeranians, and that will be the end of your little dog.
