Have a staff/mastiff/boxer mix puppy and want a chihuahua puppy

Question
I have a male(neutered) 6mnth old boxer/staffordshire/mastiff mix(diet-science diet) and I now want to get a chihuahua puppy.  My boxer mix is an inside dog mostly, really playful and sweet, but he will get aggressive with any dog who initiates aggressiveness towards him.  He also plays aggressive too.  I want a male chihuahua puppy around the same age or maybe a little younger.  Will it be safe for the chihuahua considering the boxer mix is going to be fairly large and might be too aggressive for the chihuahua? Thank you.

Answer
If it were me, I probably wouldn't chance it. However, if you are diligent, you might be able to pull it off. I would not recommend leaving them together unsupervised, though, even at just 6 months of age, because your current dog is already big enough to kill a chihuahua.

I would also recommend that you get a female, and have her spayed, because generally male and female housemates will get along better than 2 males or 2 females.
