A dog's gestation period is 63 days. Every dog produces milk at a different rate, so that isn't a great determination factor. When was she bred?

Bitches usually begin to produce milk around the 6-7 week. So, if that was a week and a half ago she should be at 7.5 weeks to 8.5 weeks, meaning she will whelp very soon, within the next week or so.

Have you prepared your whelping kit and box? If not, I suggest you set up ASAP!
