puppy vs puppy

I have a 3 yr old chocolet lab(Female). My sister had a 10 wk old begal /pug (male),she couldn't take care so i have taken it. the lab is very babied and always followes me around. they like to play fight a lot i'm always chaceing them around to break them up. How can i get them to get along better? Or at least so one does not get left out.

You say they are play fighting.
Are they playing or does one hurt the other?
If they are playing, leave them alone, it is good for them.
If they are fighting and especially if they are bringing blood or the big one is hurting the little one's legs etc, then you have to tach them not to do it.
Keep them separated so they can't do that until you get them trained, and get enrolled in an obedience class at Petsmart, Petco or somewhere else that gives them, and get your oldre dog trained.
10 weeks old is a little to teach more than housebreaking and what no means, but they older one will benefit fro obedience training, and once you go through the course you will then know how to train the little one, and any other dogs you get in the future.
