Chihuahua Peeing Blood

Question
My 2 year old chihuahua has been peeing blood for about a day, i found this out yesterday afternoon, and have been concerned since. Looking it up, it could either be a Kidney Stone or some results said a Urinary Tract Infection. He has had a switch in his food, since i've just moved to Ga, i had to get a different type of food brand, but it looked similar to what i was feeding him. He seemed to be taking it pretty well. He doesn't seem to be in pain, he's bouncing around like normal, and hasn't cried at all while peeing. My question is, where do i go about finding a vet that will give me a payment plan, because i have no money to give them upfront. I can pay the consultation fee, if it's below 80, other than that, i wanted to make a payment plan for the actual bill when they diagnose him and give him a prescription for whatever it may be. Im worried. I don't know what to do. One woman was sympathetic to me and said it was a rough situation to be in. Is their any kind of shelter i can go to that'll give me some sortof payment plan? Im in a very big bind and have no idea how to handle this. I love my dog very much and hate to see him get hurt in anyway. Please let me know as soon as you can. I don't mean to take your time up with stupid questions, cause everyone i've asked has been quite rude. Please let me know if there's anywhere i can go where i can make some sortof payment weekly or monthly...any other answers are greatly appreciated..or maybe a home remedy?

Answer
Call your local humane societies and if there is a chihuahua breed rescue in your area you can also contact them. They should be able to help you out with a low cost vet. Do it soon, your baby could die.Better yet go ON to a vet and pay the office visit. It could be something as simple as he needs to be on an antibiotic and a change in food, But if you wait your dog could die
You're not asking stupid questions so don't feel bad at all.
I would call several vets and ask for their office visit fees and what it will cost to have a urinalysis. Tell them you need to be prepared when you come in to be able to pay them. Do that asap and also contact local humane societies and rescues as I said. Get an appointment made somewhere today.
Meanwhile LOTS and lots of fluids, push them.
Good luck
