Itchy Puppy

I have a 4 month old JRT female puppy.  She is all white.  Her skin is very pink.  I have tried moisturizing puppy shampoo, oatmeal conditioner, tea tree oil spray to make her
stop itching but these have not helped.  She has no fleas, dandruff etc.  Could you please help me.

Feed a decent chow and as little else as possible, seldom if ever bathe the dog, and brush it daily with a soft bristled brush.  You might add a teaspoon a day of liquid cooking oil to its food.  If a few weeks of that doesn't seem to help, perhaps talk to the vet.

I notice many question on dogs itching include what the dog has been bathed in.  I really think dogs do better without baths.  I never bathe my dogs, and nobody every complains about them when I take them out in public places.
