Question
My boyfriend and I have a 7 month old boglen terrier who was awesome and easy to train we recently decided to get a puggle who's only about 10 weeks. We are really having an issue with her. Within the last day when we leave her for only about an hour she poops in her kennel even though we take her out right before. So even though she's only in there an hour she poops and then its everywhere. She also seems to have extreme seperation anxiety. Every time we even walk out of the room she starts crying and screaming we can't even take a shower with out her freaking out. Our boglen terrier was so easy to train were just lost. We even bought a DAP product for 60 dollars from petsmart to help but it doesn't seem to be. I'm starting to feel overwhelmed and like I won't be able to handle it. Please help. Tell us what to do.

Answer

Hi Kasandra,

Because you say your puppy has recently started having uncontrollable bowel movements in her crate, you need to have her examined by a veterinarian. There may well be a medical reason if your puppy has been able to control her bowels until now.

Best of luck,
Patti
