best food for dog w/cancer

Question
My large mix breed dog Rott/Mt.Cur 150-160 lbs. has osteosarcoma. we have decided to forgo treatment except for a pain killer but I am really concerned about what is best for him to eat?? He was raised on a diet of dry food and table scraps.Lately he can't keep the food down. I tried a small amount of science diet wet food and puppy formula today. Help I need to know what you think.
