overweight choc lab

I am from Canada, i have a chocolate lab who is 1 and half years old and overweight.  He currently weighs 88 pounds I've been told a low calorie high fibre dog food is best, can you give me some good brands.

I'm not sure what foods you have available to you, but if you have Canidae in your area, I would give the Canidae Platinum a try.  It has worked very well at getting weight off of dogs.

Just remember when you feed your Lab, to feed less than the amount recommended for his current weight.  I'm not sure how overweight he is, but work on small increments of weight loss at a time.
