dog spitting up yellow bile

Hi Marie, me again! This time I realize about 3 different times, spitting up small I'd say 2-3 inch circles of yellow bile, my shitzu - terrier appears to not feel so well today.  This is not normal for him and I am wondering if something with the dog food is contributing for both of my dogs to be sick.  The other day I had a question about my black lab who had a seizure, and now that my shitzu-terrier is spitting up bile I am trying to get to the bottom of it all. Is the bile thing something to really worry about if it only happens on occasion? What should I do for him when it happens?

Hi Jessica - Can be a few things... Virus in the belly OR your dog is making too much acid in the belly.
If you want - tomorrow give a tagament 100mg to the Shih Tzu kid.
You can buy tagament at 200 mg and break it in 1/2 for your little one.  Give this 30 to 40 minutes before the first meal of the day.
If it is too much acid, the Tagament will work.
If your baby is under 12 lbs, then just give a 1/4 of the 200 mg ..
YOU may be able to buy some 100 mg and cut it in half
