Chows

Question
I just adopted a chow and know nothing about them. what kinds of foods can't they have, I heard from a friend that they are allergic to certain things.

CHows are very unique dogs. I'm enclosing a website that has tons of information on everything you can think of for the breed. Including places that you can meet and chat with other chow owners.
You need to establish pack order in your home with this dog from the very first day., so please go to alpha dog boot camp on the web to learn how and implement everything they say.
It's a wonderful resource and will keep you and your dog from having problems in the future.
Get him out and about and socialized as MUCH as you can. These dogs are very dominant and protective and quite a challenge for an inexperienced owner.
