male shihzu not interested in a female in heat

i there i have a 2 years old male and i am trying to stud him whit this female she is 2 and she is in heat but he does not have any interest in her. please help what can i do? thanks

Hello - Give the boy 200 IU of Vitamin E per day - Just for about 4-5 days - vit E is known to help in situation like this...
It works, give it a try.  ( hide it in some cheese to get in into him.)
