dry eye in Shih Tzu ; Itchy Shih Tzus use NuVET:

that describes my Shih tzu Molly. She started about a week ago and this will last until frost, lets up a bit in the summer, but still bites all the time. She stinks after about 3 days after a bath and I have hair all over my Bedroom where she sleeps. Also, we had to have 1 eye removed several years back due to ??? well dryness they say. She doesn't produce any tears. Now the one she has left is doing the same thing and she is practically blind. Can you help me.

Hi Valerie,  Try not to remove the other eye if possible.  I refer many of my clients to
Sensitive Eye Drops.  The eye drops are a Non medication, done at least 2-3 x per day.
This will add the TEARS that your Shih Tzu doesn't make anymore.
