rash

hi, my female pug is 14 months old, i have written to you before about her pimple problems but she has started a rash on her tummy I've waited for it to maybe go down but it hasn't its been over a week, some area's of the rash have little yellow dry crushy flakes on it now... i haven't used anything different on her coat eg shampoo's, but i did change washing powders for when i washed her blankets and i also added lots of new garden soil for my plants and she has started to lay on it during the day I'm not sure what's causing this. is there anything i can use on her to help the rash..

There are different medications you can put on her but you need to get them from your Vet. Please have her checked by your Vet to see what is going on with her. She may be allergic to the detergent or she may even have grass allergies. You need to get this taken care of as soon as possible so that she does not get a secondary infection.
