Pug in heat?

We just got our little 4 month pug 5 days ago. This morning he got hold of my arm and actually started humping it. And when I just got home he got my leg and started doing the same thing. We got him from a pet store with the papers that say he is four months old but why is he doing this already? I have such a hard time getting him off!

He has been with other pups and this is what male pups naturally do.  Once he figures that there are no other puppies or dogs around he should stop.  It will also help to have him neutered.  

I usually recommend that at 6 months old, but I would go ahead and have it done now.
