QuestionI have a very good looking fawn pug. She has a white tipped foot. Her papers say she is AKC registered and I assume that means she is purebred. Is white on the feet or chest acceptable in either fawn or black?
AnswerAKC papers actually mean very little. I have seen puppies registered by AKC that were born to a different mother and father. BUT, I am sure she is most probably purebred. You don't see very many fawn pugs with white on them but you do see it on quite a few blacks. Unless you plan to show your pug, I would not worry about the white on her foot. She is unique. Love her like crazy as she is a pug and they are all special.
