swollen eye

My pug just a litter of 2 girls.  I noticed today that one of the little girls eye was swollen a little bit bigger than a pencil eraser.  The babies are only 4 days old.  What could this be and is there anything that I can do for her until I can get in touch with my Vet. tomorrow?

First, sorry I didn't reply sooner.  I was out of town and unable to get to my computer.

I assume  you have already seen your vet.  They will have an antibiotic eye ointment that they will probably give you.

Baby pugs are notorious for getting their eyes scratched, sometimes before they are already open.
