pug puppy breathing problems

My almost 5 month old male pug puppy has recently started to cough/gag until he vomits ( he also sounds like he is very stuffed up almost as though he has a cold). He is eating fine and drinking water as well as having regular bowel movements. He has has is Bordatella shot which makes me think he can't have Kennel cough. When he vomits the fluid is clear but he is beginning to do it more often and the sounds he makes are extremely alarming and set me into a panic every time.
Please help.

The safest thing would be to see a vet.  

Make sure your pug eats a small kibble dog food so you know he is not choking on food.  He may just have allergies, but I don't think you should take a chance and not have him checked out.
