Female pug in heat

My little girl has a weird pink bulbus thing on her (you know area). She went in heat and during the time they bleed this thing showed up. It's not soft. She was a breeder pug. I was thinking she may have been overbred.

That is probably a prolapse.  It doesn't mean that she has been over bred, but that is probably why her previous owner found a new home for her.  It will go away after her heat, but if she gets bred, it will come back before she whelps.  I recommend that you have her spayed.
