My pug is 1yr and a half on 9/24 my male pug tied then on 9/27 she was bleeding n they tied twice on 9/29 she's not prego but my male for da past as days is trying to mount on her is she gettin her menstrual again or is this normnal cuz he keeps smellin her ears lickin them and her vagaga

It is not normal to have a heat so soon, but I suppose it is possible.  Normal is every 6 months.  I have learned from our years of breeding, that normal is not always normal.

If she is indeed in heat again, your male should be able to breed her.
