QuestionMy 6 month old pug will be having her spay surgery in two days. What are the changes of something going wrong .. I know it is always a risk and nothing is guaranteed but I have heard a lot of horror stories and am starting the stress out and have second thoughts. I am trying to convince myself the benefits out weight the cons..
Please help!
AnswerAshley,
Your right. There is always a risk with any surgery, but the risk is very low. A spayed pet makes a much better pet.
If you chose not to have her spayed, they you would have a chance of her getting bred and there are risks with that. Many times pugs have trouble whelping (having puppies.)
Just make sure you are at a vet clinic that is a good clinic and you should be fine.
